A common challenge for planners and contractors installing waterproofing and surfacing systems is always the interface with other components, penetrations and structural details.
Conventional waterproofing systems with bitumen – and synthetic membranes – have been tried and tested over the years and proved very successful. These systems are complemented perfectly by ALSAN liquid resins for interfaces, penetrations and upstands. The flame-free and nondestructive application of these resins protects doors and window profiles from fire damage and the integrated drainage level is not affected by mechanical fixings. ALSAN liquid resins can be used to waterproof penetrations of all types - providing longevity. In addition to a range of standard colours for the waterproofing resins, the surface can also be coated with a RAL-based system finish.
